Dr. Degala Pushpa Sri

Dr. Degala Pushpa Sri is currently serving as HR Manager, in addition to her role as Associate Professor in the Department of MBA at PACE Institute of Technology & Sciences (Autonomous), Ongole. She joined the institution as an Assistant Professor in September 2013 and, in recognition of her academic excellence and dedicated service, was promoted to Associate Professor after earning her Ph.D. She has recently been entrusted with the additional responsibility of HR Manager, reflecting the institution's confidence in her leadership, administrative, and organizational abilities. With over 12 years of experience in teaching, academic administration, and human resource management, Dr. Pushpa Sri has made significant contributions to academic excellence and institutional development. She has also served as the In-charge Head of the Department of MBA, playing a key role in academic planning, curriculum implementation, faculty coordination, and departmental administration. She obtained her Ph.D. in Human Resource Management from Annamalai University. Her areas of research interest include Human Resource Management, Marketing Management, Organizational Behaviour, and Business Management. She has published more than 22 research papers in reputed national and international journals, including Scopus- and Web of Science-indexed journals. In addition, she has authored book chapters and actively participated in numerous national and international seminars, conferences, workshops, and other academic events. Dr. Pushpa Sri has successfully completed several professional certification and online training programmes through Udemy, Coursera, MHRD–Institution's Innovation Council (IIC), and SWAYAM-NPTEL. She has also attended over 40 Faculty Development Programmes (FDPs), including AICTE ATAL FDPs, demonstrating her commitment to continuous learning and professional development. She is a Life Member of prestigious professional bodies such as the National HRD Network (NHRDN) and the Indian Society for Training and Development (ISTD). Her unwavering commitment to quality teaching, impactful research, academic leadership, and student development reflects her dedication to fostering excellence in management education and contributing meaningfully to the academic community.
